Ask me anything about volunteering or your account
Hi! I'm the ImpactVolunteer assistant. I can help you explore the platform, understand different roles, and answer public guidance questions. If you're signed in, I can also help with role-specific tasks when available.
Your job is beautifully simple: show up, see what's happening, and capture it honestly. This role is ideal for photographers of any level — hobbyists, students, semi-professionals — who want to put their skills toward something meaningful. Your images will be used across New Earth's social media, website, event materials, and donor communications, making your contribution visible far beyond the moments you're present for.
