Tips
Go to the Passport tab in your dashboard sidebar. Your passport is generated automatically when you save your profile for the first time.
The passport page shows your total verified hours, organisations you have worked with, skills, causes, SDGs, activity timeline for the last 12 months, and your award tier (Bronze at 10h, Silver at 50h, Gold at 100h).
To share your passport: click the Share button. A modal opens with four options — Copy Link, Share on LinkedIn, Share on WhatsApp, and Share on X. Your passport URL is public and requires no login to view.
To download documents: three PDFs are available from the passport page.
VTA Record — formal HR document with your hours per organisation, QR code, and legal attestation. Use for Volunteer Time Off (VTO) approval. Certificate of Volunteer Service — landscape certificate with your total hours and award tier. Use for resumes and college applications. Full Activity Report — three-page report covering all your events and projects. Always available regardless of hours count.
To use the AI Career Assistant: click the Generate button on the passport page. It reads your real volunteer data and produces 3 to 4 quantified resume bullet points and a college application snippet. It only uses verified data — it never invents numbers.
Tips
Click the chat icon on any page of the platform to open the AI Co-pilot.
Describe what you are looking for in plain language — for example "find me education volunteering in Hyderabad this weekend" or "show me my pending applications". You do not need to use exact keywords.
The Co-pilot scores every result against your profile — your skills, location, and interests — and ranks them before showing them. Each result card shows a "Why this fits you" badge explaining the match.
Results appear as interactive cards with Apply or Register buttons directly in the chat. You can apply without leaving the conversation.
To check your applications: ask "show me my accepted applications" or "what are my pending applications". The Co-pilot filters and returns your application cards by status.
The Co-pilot remembers context within the same session — you can follow up naturally without repeating yourself.
Tips
Go to the Impact tab in your dashboard sidebar.
After a nonprofit marks your first session as completed, a congratulations nudge modal appears on your next dashboard visit. Click Share My Story to open the story composer. Click Maybe Later to dismiss temporarily, or Don't Show Again to permanently dismiss the nudge.
You can also write a story anytime without the nudge — click the Share My Story button at the top of the Impact tab directly.
In the story composer, fill in the required fields: Title (minimum 3 characters) and What You Did (minimum 50 characters). The field shows a live character counter. If you try to submit with fewer than 50 characters an error appears and the form stays open — nothing is lost.
Optional fields: Personal Reflection, Hours Contributed, Skills Used, Cause Category. Click Submit to publish.
Your published story appears in the My Stories grid on the Impact tab and in the public stories feed on the platform homepage.
Click any story card to open the detail view — you can see likes and comments from other users, and use the Share button to share the story on social media.
Tips
When you arrive at an event or project, ask the nonprofit for the Attendance QR code they are displaying.
Open the scanner from the Attendance tab (or the check-in prompt on your Home tab) and point your camera at the QR code to check in.
A confirmation screen shows the title and auto-confirms after a few seconds, or tap Confirm right away.
When you are done, scan the same QR code again to check out. Your real hours are calculated and added to your Volunteer Passport automatically.
If your camera cannot read the code, tap "Upload a saved QR image instead" to select a photo of it from your gallery.
There is no fixed time window — the nonprofit's admin controls whether the QR is currently set to check people in or check people out. Whatever it is set to when you scan determines what happens.
View your complete attendance history — a day-by-day calendar for every event or project you have applied to — from the Attendance tab.
Tips
Every opportunity card — on your Home tab while browsing, or on your Applications tab for things you have already applied to — has a "Bring a Friend" option.
Tap it to generate a link to that exact project or event, with your own permanent referral code attached, and share it via WhatsApp, copy link, or other options.
Your referral code is generated automatically the first time you need it and never changes — the same code is reused across every opportunity you share, only the link's destination changes.
You can also find and copy your general referral link anytime from the Invite tab.
Your friend lands directly on the specific project or event you shared, not a generic homepage.
Tips
Go to the Analytics tab in your dashboard sidebar. Every figure here comes from the same verified data behind your Passport, so the two can never disagree.
Four cards at the top show your verified hours, days attended vs. scheduled (with attendance rate), organisations volunteered with, and total opportunities (plus how many are completed).
A bar chart shows your verified hours for each of the last 12 months.
Below the chart, a table lists every event and project you've taken part in — organisation, dates, days attended out of days scheduled, and hours.
Two more panels break your hours down by Cause and by Sustainable Development Goal (SDG).
